Justice shouldn't depend on your bank account. Smart bail reform based on risk, not resources. Equal treatment for everyone.

Reduce Recidivism

Support drug courts, mental health diversion, and evidence-based programs that actually reduce crime and make communities safer.

04

Create Second Chances

Jim co-founded the Judge Dinkins Educational Center because he believes in redemption. Prevention works better than punishment.

He built something that changes lives.

In the 1990s, prosecutor Jim Todd saw the same tragic cycle repeat: at-risk teens with no options turning to crime, getting convicted, having even fewer options. He spent 20 years working to break that cycle.

In 2024, the Judge Dinkins Educational Center opened its doors. Now, young people ages 14-18 learn real trades — carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding — while finishing high school and earning industry certifications.

"What made me want to partner with you guys is you understand, a lot of those kids, they don’t know what’s possible."
— Jelly Roll, Grammy-nominated artist and JDEC supporter
